As the LOTUS project reaches its final stage, we celebrate the legacy of tools, training, and resources created to build resilience and future-readiness in VET. Over two years, the project empowered over 100 professionals through digital upskilling and supported 120 learners with innovative career and resilience tools. With impactful multiplier events and strong international collaboration, LOTUS leaves behind a lasting contribution to digital and emotional preparedness in vocational education.
