As the year draws to a close, the LOTUS project reflects on significant achievements in modernizing VET. Partners have delivered a comprehensive professional training program, launched a resilience-building MOOC, and developed a Career Management toolkit of 18 interactive infographics. These results demonstrate the project’s impact in strengthening digital pedagogy and learner resilience. We take pride in these accomplishments and look forward with optimism to 2025, as LOTUS continues advancing innovative, resilient solutions for vocational education.
