The LOTUS Project is an innovative European initiative to modernize vocational education and training (VET) by integrating digital pedagogy, employability skills, and personalized career guidance. In recent kickoff meetings, project partners from across Europe introduced their institutions and outlined a joint roadmap. These collaborative sessions set the stage for subsequent activities such as stakeholder surveys and the creation of interactive infographics. Together, the partners are laying the groundwork for a more resilient and future-ready VET system.
