The project Start-Up Promotion for Entrepreneurial Resilience (SUPER) was launched officially in Brussels on 6 and 7 October 2015.
The SUPER project aims at equipping Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) with entrepreneurship support systems while empowering HEI students to turn ideas into action and practically establish companies.
The project has a dual mission: on the one hand supporting the system at HEI level with the SUPER toolkit to establish effective and efficient business incubation (“infrastructure” to nurture the entrepreneurial talent of students); on the other hand creating a practical training on how to set up and run a business.
The project brings together 6 partners from 6 countries (Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom) and is co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Commission.
The project will produce a toolkit for HEIs to develop effective mentoring and incubators support systems for aspiring entrepreneurs; a set of training resources and business toolkits for HEI students on how to put entrepreneurship into practice and develop businesses and in the end it will deploy the project results throughout Europe via its OER platform destined to become a knowledge hub and a focal point for exchange of practices, knowledge and lessons learned for HEIs as well as a business accelerator for HEIs students with the SUPER toolkit to start their ventures business with peer across EU.
