IDP European Consultants registered to take part in the hackathon organised by the UE Innovation Council to develop prototypes and solutions for technical, political and social issues in the context of the Coronavirus crisis.

Participants will brainstorm and identify options to move forward and cope with challenges grouped in 5 categories:

  1. Health & Medicine
  2. Business Continuity
  3. Social Cohesion
  4. Protection of Risk Groups
  5. Education

IDP At The Kick Off Meeting of SUSTAIN IT, a Project Co-financed by Erasmus+

6th December 2018   8 partners from 6 European countries (Spain, Iceland, Ireland, Cyprus, Italy, Belgium) were hosted by IHF asbl in Brussels on 5th December, 2018 during the kick-off meeting of SUSTAIN IT – Sustainable Tourism Innovative Trainings. During this meeting, the partners had the opportunity to introduce themselves and got to know each other in depth. After the presentation, an overview of DELSA was given. All partners agreed upon the URL websites and project logo as scheduled. IDP brings in SUSTAIN IT its expertise and experience as a key social player in international and European projects. In particular, IDP ensures the “European Dimension” of the project as it carries out all the technical tasks from a “European Perspective”, i.e. carrying out analyses of relevant EU policies, trends and initiatives; extrapolating EU relevant case studies, lessons learned and best-practices. IDP guarantees a presence of the project in Brussels also from a dissemination and exploitation perspective, ensuring that project activities and outputs are properly showcased in the most relevant EU settings. IDP at ‘G. D’Annunzio’ University of Pescara – Chieti for Job Placement Services Conference

On February 7, IDP was present at the Job Placement Service conference in Chieti about job opportunities for human resources who attend such University. Other organisations were also present for the same reason. In order to enhance the employability of their own students and on the basis of indications of Law no. L.30/03, ‘D’Annunzio’ University started its own job placement service and acts as Job Employment Agency authorised by Abruzzi region. Il 7 Febbraio IDP si è recato all’incontro con il servizio placement per dare un’opportunità lavorativa alle risorse umane provenienti dall’Università sita sul territorio. Altre società del territorio erano presenti allo stesso fine. Al fine di agevolare l’occupabilità dei propri iscritti, sulla base delle indicazioni contenute nella Legge L.30/03, l’Università “G. d’Annunzio” ha attivato una propria struttura/servizio di placement ed opera come Agenzia di Intermediazione Lavoro autorizzata dalla Regione Abruzzo. IDP in Malaga for the kick-off meeting of CLAVET project frunded by Erasmus+ Key Action 2

IDP in Malaga to launch the CLAVET project on 5th and 6th of February. CLAVET is funded by Erasmus Plus, the EU funding Programme for education and training. CLAVET aims at developing a platform for structured cooperation among local authorities for the qualitative development of education and training initiatives with the overall objective of overcoming geographical and border barriers. The project brings together 10 partners (local authorities, academia, private sector and NGOs) from 8 countries and is co-funded by Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Commission. During the kick-off meeting, partners discussed project outline, deadlines and calendar. IDP European Consultants operates in Brussels since 1991 and has a consolidated experience in European financial instruments and programmes ranging from grant financing to EU procurement and tenders. IDP European Consultants assists clients in identifying the most suitable source of grant financing and in developing the project proposal and consortium to seek EU funding. IDP European Consultants shares its 20 years experience through the Master Class in EU project financing, held in Brussels in cooperation with the Italian Trade Agency. LIFE

The LIFE Programme

The LIFE programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action. The general objective of LIFE is to contribute to the implementation, updating and development of EU environmental and climate policy and legislation by co-financing projects with European added value. LIFE began in 1992 and to date there have been four complete phases of the programme (LIFE I: 1992-1995, LIFE II: 1996-1999, LIFE III: 2000-2006 and LIFE+: 2007-2013). During this period, LIFE has co-financed some 4 171 projects, contributing approximately €3.4 billion euros to the protection of the environment and climate. The European Commission (DG Environment and DG Climate Action) manages the LIFE programme. The Commission has delegated the implementation of many components of the LIFE programme to the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME). External selection, monitoring and communication teams provide assistance to the Commission and EASME. The European Investment Bank will manage the two new financial instruments (NCFF and PF4EE).

COSME

COSME is the EU programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) running from 2014 to 2020 with a planned budget of €2.3bn. COSME will support SMEs in better access to finance; access to markets; supporting entrepreneurs; and more favourable conditions for business creation and growth. More information and work programme

The Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASME) wants to establish a list of independent experts to participate in:
  • the evaluation of proposals in response to calls for proposals aiming at implementing the COSME programme;
  • the evaluation of finished, ongoing activities or projects under COSME;
  • the monitoring of the implementation of actions carried out under COSME.
